Philippians
Philippians is all about joy and life in Christ. About 10 years after he started the church on his second missionary journey, the Apostle Paul writes to the church to stir in them a fresh joy in Christ in the midst of their suffering - a joy that will bolster both their unity and their witness. This letter pulses with joy in Jesus and encouragement for us to conduct ourselves in a manner worthy of the gospel and in a manner that reflects our identity in him as citizens of the world to come.
